In light of candidates' complaints about the difficulty of questioning the answer keys online, NTA has provided that they can now do so offline

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made special arrangements for candidates from the Kashmir Valley who are having difficulty questioning the December 2019 UGC NET exam answer key. The NTA said in its latest press release that it has received several complaints from candidates in the Kashmir Valley regarding the difficulties they face the challenge of challenging the answer keys online. In light of the complaints, NTA has extended the final dispute date of the Response Key to December 15. In addition, the Kashmir Valley candidates can also dispute the answer keys offline. In order to request the answer key offline, the candidates can download the form for the relevant topic available on the website https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in, fill in the printout, store it in the Nodal Center and receive a receipt. Candidates can also obtain and fill out the printed version of the form from the Node Center themselves.
