At the CES 2015 in Las Vegas, Mercedes presented its latest study, the Mercedes F015, nicknamed "Luxury in motion". Personally, I actually found the study very appealing when I always misread the name with F0815. The fact that the F 015 did not really get the good press, as the Mercedes thought, is probably due to various detailed errors. The video footage material provided by Mercedes shows that, although the seats in the concept vehicle can be brought into a conference position, the conference participants then have to bend their knees badly. And that with a vehicle that surpasses the long version of the current S-Class generation. Now the Mercedes-Benz F 015 is to shine as a beacon for the efforts of Mercedes in the field of autonomous driving. To prove this, journalists as well as bloggers and Youtubers were recently invited to Los Angeles so that they could convince themselves of the properties of the F015 on a cordoned off airfield. Unfortunately, for personal reasons, I myself was unable to accept the invitation at the time, but was at least driven for a while in the piloted Audi on the unlocked A8 motorway.

Now, a few days ago, Mercedes launched a new advertising clip in which the Mercedes-Benz F 015 plays a key role. He no longer paints zebra crossings on the asphalt with laser light, but takes father and son from A to B without any effort. Facebook also took a few thousand euros to promote the campaign in the media. It reads like this: “The Mercedes-Benz F 015 turns your car time into quality time. As the car drives autonomously, you can spend your time for yourself - and your loved ones. # MBQualityTime "
